• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the contact form with details of the product and the defect within 30 days of your purchase.

  • If the product is approved, upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3-5 business days, whether we are able to provide you with a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

  • If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price through store credit.


  • All orders will be packaged and processed within 1-4 business days after purchase.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

  • Domestic orders typically take 3-6 business days to be delivered.

  • International orders typically take 6-12 business days to be delivered.

  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our office in Toronto, Ontario

  • Please expect delays during and after holidays, sales, and pre-orders.
